Anika Noni Rose is an American singer-actress. Her most well-known role is Tiana the her first African American character as Tiana Disney's first African American Princess in The Princess and the Frog. Disney Legend was bestowed upon her in 2011. Rose appeared as Lorrell Robertson, the character in Dreamgirls, which won the Academy Award. Anika Noni Rose (born on September 6, 1972) is an American actor and a singer.
