A person who is an adult can be described as a person or animal who is at the full growth.The biological meaning of the term refers to the animal has reached sexual maturity and thus capable of reproducing. In the context of humans an adult's term has significance that is shaped by the legal and social world. Contrary to the term "minor" or "non-adult" an legal adult is an individual who has achieved an age at which they are majority. They are thought to be competent, responsible and independent. Also known as "majors" and "majors", they may also be said as having reached the age of adulthood. When a human reaches full intellectual and physical maturity, it is referred to as adulthood. Typically, the age of adulthood is around age 21, or 20. By the time we reach an early age (20 to mid-40s) our physical growth is completed, though the size and weight of our bodies could increase a bit. In the early years of adulthood, we attain the highest level of physical ability.
